  Reservation & Payment:

  • A reservation is only final after a 25% deposit is paid!
  • This payment is not refundable!
  • A second installment of 25% has to be made 60 days due to departure.
  • Balance 50% due on on arrival in Koh Samui.

  Cancellation:

  • More then 60 days before charter date we retain 25% deposit.
  • Less then 60 days we retain 50% of the total charter fee!
  • Less than 3 days we retain 100%.
  • In case of bad weather conditions, the departure can be rescheduled
    within 72 hours or the client can change to a later date!

We recommend obtaining cancellation insurance!
